Hunter Industrial Park
This world-class business park is located in the city of Laurens and is home to a variety of industries including automotive-related, metal forging and warehouse/distribution facilities. Embracing a mixed-use approach to park development, our plan provides for a comprehensive range of uses that include high tech, research and development, manufacturing, and warehousing. The park offers completed turn-key spaces as well as ample ground for new construction. The park is located on I-385 and is within 10 miles of I-26 and 25 miles of I-85.
