Business Opportunities The availability of a contemporary, world-class business park, hundreds of new developable acres, and the completion of major infrastructure projects, position Laurens at the threshold of its greatest business boom.

Hunter Industrial Park This world-class business park is located in the city of Laurens and is home to a variety of industries including automotive-related, metal forging and warehouse/distribution facilities. Embracing a mixed-use approach to park development, our plan provides for a comprehensive range of uses that include high tech, research and development, manufacturing, and warehousing. The park offers completed turn-key spaces as well as ample ground for new construction. The park is located on I-385 and is within 10 miles of I-26 and 25 miles of I-85.

Retail Space With more than 140,000 square feet of retail space in the downtown commercial district, Laurens offers a plethora of choices in terms of location, square footage, and character. Site selectors have many options ranging from strip center settings to new construction and adapted historic properties in the downtown business district.

Adaptive Reuse Laurens’ inventory of commercial properties includes an assortment of magnificent 19th and early 20th century buildings located throughout the City's historic business district. In recent years, many of Laurens’ original service, factory, and warehouse buildings have been converted into office, restaurant, retail, and residential locations.
